Founded by Charley Conway in 2023, Melbourne-based Monument Management quickly established itself as a leader in bespoke career management and talent representation. Our boutique agency nurtures and supports both emerging and established artists, providing an environment that champions the individual artist, and a home to some of Australia’s finest performers.

Our exciting recent partnership with Paul Dainty AO and the Voyager Management Group provides our artists with unrivalled access to global networks and direct support from one of Australia’s most respected and influential figures. Paul’s immense experience and extensive industry connections provide our artists with unparalleled opportunities.

We specialise in complex contract negotiation and career management across every facet of the entertainment industry, including theatre, film, television, commercials, and social media, and connecting artists with resources at all stages of their career. We are dedicated to transparent, open communication, and seeing positive change in the Australian arts industry and beyond.

Charley Conway

Charley Conway is the Founder and Managing Director of Monument Management. He is a graduate of both NIDA and Monash University, which lead him to establish Monument Management as the perfect pairing of two of his great loves — performance and law. His other great loves are the office dogs, rescue greyhounds Romi and Tucker.

Paul Dainty AO

Paul Dainty AM is the President and CEO of TEG Dainty, one of the largest and most successful live entertainment companies in the world. Over the past 40 years, Paul has supported and promoted international touring acts including ABBA, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, U2, and Britney Spears. The powerhouse team at TEG Dainty is behind a host of theatrical success stories, including: Jersey Boys, Mamma Mia!, and The Rocky Horror Show. Paul is also a Director of the esteemed Voyager Management Group.
